The workshop format is very simple. Your work on each section at your own pace. The format can be likened to a puzzle you are putting together, and at the end of the process when all the pieces are in place, you will have greater clarity about how you are designed on the inside. This is important because how you are designed will provide clues about the purpose(s) that are likely to support and create your best life.

The easiest example I use to demonstrate the Purpose By Design process is that you would never attempt to eat a bowl of soup with a fork because it is not designed for that purpose. You like the bowl of soup have an internal design that will be best suited for certain things and not well suited for others. The goal of the workshop is to help you discover and/or increase awareness of your personal and unique internal design.

This is a self-directed workshop that allows you to work at your own pace and schedule. It is an online event that you can sign into and begin, while having the freedom to take whatever time you need to reflect before completing each section of the workshop.

The quality of your personal outcome will be determined by the quality of reflection and corresponding answers you input as you make your through the workshop.

As you work on your own through the workshop, you always have the option of accessing private coaching for pay, should you desire support or clarity throughout the process. There will be some simple questions that can be answered via email, chat, or text, should you desire that.

The anticipated outcome you can expect is to come away from the workshop first with a personal profile that is similar to an online profile that provides basic information about you. This is also basic contact information your coach can use in communicating with you.

In addition to your profile, you will also be creating a Personal Vision which will describe your initial purpose destination that is the result of your workshop answers. It is an initial destination because your life purpose is an ongoing revelation that will likely change as you journey through life.

It is an exciting and intentional way to pursue life as your own personal creative process. Your design it, live it, and adapt as you see fit.
