“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.”

The Learning Culture
An organization with a learning culture is one that places great value on learning at all levels of the company, individual, group, and organizational. Knowledge and learning are considered primary assets for doing whatever work the company produces because it, knowledge, is used in every facet of the work. Even a company’s competitive edge is determined by the level of knowledge acquired and used by those in the organization.
Developing learning expertise

Our Little Story
When People Learn
When we talk about 21st century learning, we are talking about more than simply taking in or gathering information, consistent with what many people often think about learning today. Many do not understand that when real learning occurs, there is always some degree or type of change. This is because real learning is generative, and it generates change. Genuine learning produces change and increases our ability to create. This is why we need people in our companies
to be learners, so they can create something new from what they learn. Thought leader Peter Senge uses the word “metanoia,” which he describes as a deeper meaning of learning as a fundamental shift in mindset. In other words, when our mindset changes as a byproduct of learning, we are able to achieve something we were not previously not able to achieve.

Learning closes the gap between current reality and Future outcome
Regardless of whether individual or company, there is always a gap between where you are, which is your current reality, and where you desire to be, your desired outcome. It is strategic learning that closes that gap. What you are willing to learn today, determines what you can be tomorrow.
