Process Evaluation

Business network concept. Human Resources. Group of businesspeople.

Process evaluation considers that everything we do in our organizations is accomplished through some degree of discussion or dialogue between members of the organization. Oftentimes, the process itself can be faulty where contributors may not understand the distinction between dialogue and discussion. Some people do not understand how to present their opinions and point of views in the process. When this occurs, problems cannot be solved; not because people do not want to solve the problem, but often because people do not have the experience of walking through process in a effective way.

Process evaluation is a diagnostic took first and foremost, but also a process tool that helps groups learn how to use dialogue and/or discussion appropriately.
