“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
== Eleanor Roosevelt

Self Mastery is the name of our coaching platform, which is based on three tenets we believe are necessary for optimal success:
Visioning
Self Mastery Coaching aimed at discovering purpose often begins with visioning, allowing the coach to assess whether the individual has a vision and how effectively he or she can communicate it. This method serves as a foundational entry point for coaching as they work towards creating and achieving a personal vision.
Learners must desire self-actualization
Abraham Maslow identified self-actualization as the highest human need that individuals can desire to achieve. Genuine and successful learning is primarily internally-motivated, often based on the desire to be more and all that one can be. It is this intrinsic desire that pushes the learner to go beyond that struggles typically associated with higher levels of achievement.
This means the learner is willing to accept responsibility for his or her own fulfillment in life, with the expectation of reaching one’s full potential.
Life is approached as a creative process
Once learners have a growth mindset, they are ready to begin the process of approaching their life as a creative process, as opposed to living according to the dictates of what circumstances declare for them. Only the learner has the ability to decide what is most important to them, and the will to maintain the focus required to achieve their ultimate chosen purpose.
Living with Personal Vision & aligned goals
Those who accept the challenge of living a life of Self Mastery, will be encouraged to use their defined purpose to establish a personal vision with specific goals and objectives. There is always a gap between where one is today, their current reality, and where one desires to be tomorrow, the future outcome. Strategic learning closes the gap between the two.
